Currently, the app successfully connects to the printer, and gathers printer information whilst using VPN on mobile data. However the app then reports network error when Print function is used. When I do the exact same process with a JPEG or other photo, they print perfectly. Not sure what the problem is. Even the the faq says you can send documents from other Applications, Sharpdesk does not show up on the list of Applications that can recieve documents... If you want email and work in the Sharpdesk app I guess it's great, but no one wants to do that whent he Native apps work just fine... Please address promptly so when the official iOS 9.0 comes out in September this application will be ready to roll! Thanks ### 5/5 — Easily Prints MS Office files *2020-03-26, version 2.4.4* This is a great app. I really only needed it for printing MS word docs, and the occasional excel sheet. Very happy I didn't have to do a cumbersome export to PDF work around! Printing photos was smooth too, but color is expensive so I don't use it this feature to much ### 5/5 — Fixed!
