But now it will not record my weight and/or do a body analysis. I can only see my weight on the scale. Which makes it purposely now. On back of scale under black sticker is a spot that says unit. There is a black plastic button to push on to change it to lbs. I ended up having to take off the whole black cover because the black tab to push was not in correct spot. I was able to find the little button to change to lbs. Bought mine for $40 at Winners. Pretty happy because it is 2-3 times more affordable than ones I have been looking at. It gives good info too. I tested it against my other similar scale with almost identical results. Very happy with this. First time I used it with the app I did get the “impedance error” but after I was careful to step on with the balls and heels of the feet on the metal parts the body composition showed up on my phone with no issue. Measurements were consistent after multiples tries (an issue I had with other scales). The apps interface is simple to use and connects to the scale automatically. Almost gave up trying, but the I started looking closely under the scale. There is an FCC sticker on the back and mine was right behind the digital display. I felt some kind of engraving under it. Come to find out, it says “Unit” - giving this area a firm press while scale is active changes the units from kg to lbs.
