One of the best things that I forgot to do, the app is really great for uploading videos and getting the right shape to be drawn. What a shame!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-09-04* Bought the premium package which was advertised or promoted as a monthly charge. I was charged the full annual amount (not a massive deal but should be clear you pay in full). I was then locked out of the account (couldn’t get passed the login) and I cancelled the “renewing” subscription and should have still had access to the features on the app. My Apple subscription in settings said I had access until 2026. Once I got back into my account I had no subscription at all but they still had my payment. I contacted support and heard nothing back. Their Instagram is littered with bot accounts and fake likes/comments. Scam app, do not purchase. **Developer response:** Hello, this is the Shashot Support Team. First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that we only provide annual subscriptions, not monthly ones, and this is clearly indicated on the subscription page. If you have subscribed but the subscription is not being applied, it is likely that you are logged in with a different account. In most cases, clicking “Restore Purchase” at the bottom right of the subscription page resolves the issue. If the problem still persists, please contact us at support@underparlab.com . Also, we would like to clarify that we do not use fake bots or AI on our social media accounts. Thank you for using our service, and we will continue to improve to address any inconvenience. ### 1/5 — Stuck at 99% *2025-07-30, version 1.0.42* Tried shortening the video, reducing the video size, yea still... it just wont finish. ### 1/5 — Total scam app *2025-07-13* Forces you to watch all kinds of ads. The actual shot tracing doesn’t work. Not worth the time or the effort. Definitely not worth a paid subscription. The free version doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t let you download your videos out of the app. Doesn’t save your videos, you have to re-create them every time you want to view one.
