تطبيق شاطر (المناهج الكويتية حالياً) هو تطبيق تعليمي لمذاكرة المنهج الدراسي بطريقة تفاعلية ممتعة و بطريقة التدريس باللعب 
 و يمكن أيضاً في شاطر تحديد أرقام صفحات المذاكرة المطلوبة أو التي تحتوي الواجب المدرسي للطالب كما هو في المنهج الدراسي ، لتبدأ أسئلة تفاعلية متنوعة بحسب الدروس الموجودة في الصفحات المختارة و المحددة فقط في شاطر ، ليتمكن الطالب المسجل في شاطر من التركيز على صفحات الواجب المدرسي اليومي و ليس كل الكتاب ، و يمكن أيضاً في شاطر مشاهدة الشروح المخصصة لكل صفحة على حده 
كما يمكن في تطبيق شاطر التسجيل كمعلم و اضافة شروح للمواد التي يُدرسها هذا المعلم ، مما يجعل من حل الواجب المدرسي و مشاهدة شروحه في تطبيق شاطر شيء ممتع ، و محفز للتركيز و تذكر المعلومة ، و توسيع الآفاق و اكتساب المعرفة باسلوب شيق ، و زيادة التحصيل الدراسي بشكل كبير
