## What is SHCC Connect?

Our app is built specifically for healthcare professionals such as General Physicians, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians, and Health Officers. It enables efficient management and tracking of patient care, especially for Priority Diseases.

With support for 38 categorized diseases, users can easily add, monitor, and manage patient records directly from the app. This streamlines disease surveillance and patient follow-up.

A key feature of the app is TB patient notification. This ensures that TB patients are promptly reminded and updated about their treatment and progress, helping to improve treatment adherence and public health outcomes.

The app also includes access to Hospital Quality Standards, allowing users to assess their healthcare facility’s performance and benchmark it against recognized service criteria.
