Welcome to She Shop Fitness, a women-owned boutique fitness studio designed to help women build strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, welcoming environment.

At She Shop, we believe fitness should be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for women of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey, returning to exercise after time away, or looking to challenge yourself with new goals, our instructors are here to support you every step of the way.

We offer a variety of group fitness classes designed to meet you where you are and help you grow stronger both physically and mentally. Our class offerings include Strength Training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), Mat Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, Yoga, Dance Cardio, Zumba, specialty workshops, and seasonal programs.

Every class includes modifications and progressions so members can participate confidently regardless of experience level.
