The community associated with us is so supportive and kind! The app has challenges you can follow for not just the gym but at home as well, it also has a list of different workout in different categories that you can focus on and each workout has a little video example to show you how to do it. Honestly this is everything i need in a fitness app, it has community, goals, recipes that include grocery list! Its kept me accountable and taken a mental load off my plate when it comes to the gym.
