Sheba did a long worthless one month investigation and found the accident occurred by others. They have nothing to do. They tell you to call to confirm. They are worst at customer service. They asked me to reschedule and promised to deliver at a later schedule. Their service is also below standard! ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-05-26, version 2.0.1* সেবার এসি সার্ভিসিং একটা স্ক্যাম। সেবাকে আমি এসি গ্যাস হাফ রিফিলিং এর একটা ছোট ওয়ার্ডার দিই (যেহেতু আমার ১.৫টনের জেনারেল এসিটি কিছুদিন আগেই নিয়েছিলাম হালকা কুলিং প্রবলেম হচ্ছিল)। উনাদের কথিত এক্সপার্ট গিয়ে আরও কিছু সমস্যা চিহ্নিত করে এবং ৫৩০০টাকা বিল করে। সে আমাকে এনশিওর করে আর কোন সমস্যা হবে না যেহেতু এসিটি নতুন। কিন্তু পরের দিন থেকে কুলিং একবারেই হচ্ছিল না। আমি তাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ারে ফোন করলে তারা একটি কমপ্লেন ইস্যু করে। কিছুদিন ধরে তাদের কোন খোঁজ না থাকায় পুনরায় ফোন করলে তারা জানায় পূর্বের কমপ্লেনটি নাকি কমপ্লিট হয় নাই। ফলে নতুন করে আবার কমপ্লেন নেয়। কমপ্লেন নেওয়ার সময় তারা জানায় গ্যাস লিক করলে তারা ফ্রি রিফিল করে দিবে।পুনরায় তাদের একই এক্সপার্ট এসে ইনডোরে লিক পায় এবং লিক ঠিক করার জন্য ইনডোর খুলে নিয়ে যায়। এসময় তারা ৪৫০০ টাকার আর একটা বিল করে। পরবর্তীতে কাস্টমার কেয়ার থেকে ফোন করে জানায় ইনডোর লিকেজের জন্য তারা ফ্রি রিফিল করবে না। পুনরায় গ্যাস কিনতে হবে। এভাবে তাদের কথিত এক্সপার্ট এ তীব্র গরমকে পুঁজি করে একটা এসি'র গ্যাস চেইন্জ্ঞ এর ১৮৫০ টাকার ওয়ার্ডারকে ১৩০০০+ টাকায় ওয়ার্ডারে কনভার্ট করে। ### 1/5 — it's a scam *2024-02-18, version 2.0.1* worst experience from any digital service. ### 1/5 — Horrible service. *2023-12-29* I have been using Sheba XYZ for about 5 year.
