I’ve been interested in kettlebell training for a long time but couldn’t afford a trainer. This app is amazing! Emma has programs for beginners that teach you the form and you feel like you’re actually learning from her! I can’t wait to get to her harder workouts 💪

I highly recommend this app for beginners working out with Kettlebells that would like to learn the skills and techniques of kettlebell workouts without fearing injury. Emma’s Shebeast app is very user friendly and has amazing high quality kettlebell workouts for all levels. I’m a Shebeast Alum and I was so excited to see Emma’s hard work delivered in one place. It’s easy to navigate through each workout and I really love that you can see the details of the workout and program if you like to plan ahead. The quality of the video demonstrations and audio is great and clear. I also love that you can see your overall progress and share feedback per workout. Overall I love the app. It’s affordable and offers even more workouts beyond just perfecting the kettlebell which I think speaks to the passion Emma put into providing the best of her expertise in the programs and workouts.

Highly recommend to athletes and people with limited time looking for high quality kettlebell workouts. I’m a proud SheBeast Alum and this app is literally a dream come true. Emma has invested so much energy into her high quality instructional content and it’s so satisfying to open the app and see it all delivered so well. I really love the app doesn’t suppress my workout music and I can hear Emma clearly too. Plus the timers in each workout are incredibly helpful. All I could ask for. I literally feel like I’m working out with Emma!
