## What is Shed?

Shed is an AI running coach. Tell it your race and your date, and it builds
your full training plan, reads every run off your watch, and adjusts as your
training actually goes. The whole block, coached in one conversation.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH SHED

Get a plan built for your race. Shed writes your training block day by day,
from base building through the taper, with a pace for every run. Plans for
the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon.

Let your training log itself. Connect Apple Health and your runs, sleep, and
resting heart rate flow in on their own. Your paces start from what you have
actually run, so the plan meets your fitness where it is.

Take the workout to your wrist. Send any session to your Apple Watch with
the warmup, the reps, the recovery jogs, and your goal pace built in.

Get an honest read on hard days. After the run, Shed grades the session rep
by rep against what it asked for, keeps track of your recent bests, and
knows when the heat deserves part of the blame.

Change the plan by talking. Traveling, sick, or wrecked from work? Say so.
Shed decides what to do with your week, keeps the block on course, and tells
you why.

Reshape it yourself. Move the long run to Sunday, drop to four days a week,
raise the mileage. Shed rebuilds the schedule around you.

Watch your paces keep up. When your logged runs outgrow your training paces,
Shed proposes new ones. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Hear from your coach first. A readiness check before key sessions, a debrief
when a hard workout finishes, a heads-up when your training drifts from the
plan.

See everything it knows. Race predictions at 5K through marathon rest on
runs you have actually done, and Shed's memory of you lives in a screen you
control. Delete anything, anytime.

BUILT FOR SERIOUS RUNNERS

The training is orthodox on purpose. Hard days are hard, easy days are
genuinely easy, and the week is structured the way good coaches have
structured it for decades. Shed pushes back when a choice would cost you
fitness, and it will tell you what the trade is before it rewrites anything.

No leaderboards, streaks, or social feeds. Serious runners do not need to be
tricked into showing up.
