The stuff you buy never matches what they advertise. Their policies are ambiguous and are not fair when it comes to deliveries, returns, or warranties. It’s safer to buy anything you want from a regular store that gives better warranties. I would rate this a zero to be honest but I cant’t. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have spoken to your customer service twice and they didn’t solve my problem so no thank you i’d rather delete the app and discourage everyone i know from ordering from sheeel. You don’t know how to value your customers because they are never right. As long as the money is coming it doesn’t matter i guess. So yes terrible customer service. You cant even file complaints and all the items are essentially from china but sold for triple the price and they look terrible. Never resembling the images. I even ordered a diffuser that was explained to me on the ad that was electronic and i received a MANUAL HUMIDIFIER. These services provided by you all should be examined thoroughly. DELETE AND NEVER AGAIN! ### 1/5 — I would choose zero stars *2024-07-04, version 3.2.1* The new update of the sheeel app keeps crashing when I get to the step where I should pay. And when I launch thr app again I find the cart empty!!! What the heck guys? I’ve been shopping each time after the app crashes and each time I find the cart empty again and over and over again And when I re-fill the cart, the app crashes and I launch it again to find the cart empty and I have to start shopping all over from the beginning. This happened so many times that I’m so angey. I decided not to shop from sheeel 🤨 Question : Why do you refuse paying by Visa ? Each time I’ve tried to pay using my visa, the app collapses, and when I launch it again, the cart is empty .
