## What is Sheepscroll?

Reclaim your day with Sheepscroll, a playful screen time control and app blocker. Pick the apps to block, set schedules, and watch your cute sheep lose health as you doomscroll. That nudge helps you put the phone down. Feed your sheep with hay that you earn through blocking apps. Get hours back each day, feel less distracted, sleep better, and get more done.

What you get:

- Instant blocking for distracting apps

- Scheduled blocks for bedtime, mornings, and work

- Live farming sessions that keep apps locked while you earn hay

- Daily app limits that hard-block when time’s up

- Clear Screen Time insights so you spot your worst apps fast

PRIVATE & SECURE

Sheepscroll uses Apple’s Screen Time API; blocking and usage data run entirely on your device. Your Screen Time data never leaves your phone.
