I joined a year and a half ago when I first heard about them. It was good timing as I saw my children’s therapy bills stack up unsubmitted for more than a year. I had tried to submit myself but it was so complicated and there were denials. I just didn’t have the time or mental energy to deal with it. Enter Sheer Health. I sent them a pic of my bills and that was it. Slowly the refunds began coming in, denials were contested and I was advised of the status and kept up to date on every single claim.. They make it so SO easy and seamless and are UBER responsive. Do they ever sleep? I love Maya and Grace. They seem to be the ones assigned to my family and my claims are beyond complicated and many. They are responsive, guiding and patient. Their system of tracking each case is genius. I honestly can’t recommend them any higher. I’ve told all my friends about them and they are using them too.
