通信が不安定で現状だと非常に不便です。
メンバーシップラジオが古い順から聞けないのもとても不便。バックグラウンド再生がデフォルトでできないのも理解できません。
大手の会社なので期待していましたが、ブラウザの方もとんでもなく重く、ログインするだけで携帯が発熱します。この令和の時代でこの出来はありえない。その技術を確実に有している会社なのに、なぜこのようになってしまうのか、本当に理解に苦しみます。プラットフォームの不具合で生配信に影響が出ているシーンも見受けられ、タレントや作家さんも困っているところを見て悲しかったです。
各々のコンテンツはいいはずだからなくなると困ります。コンテンツを懸命に作ってくださるタレントがたのために、またそのファンのために、改善をお願いします。
