Total attempts since September 2025 25 ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-05-18, version 2.11.6* Couldn’t be any worse of an app you try to log in it locks you out have to call repeatedly half the payments don’t go through I spend more time on the phone with them then I do my parents it’s the worst thing I wouldn’t wish this on any of my greatest enemies. I’ve never seen a poorer excuse for an app experience in my life. I’m a busy guy so I’d like to set up auto drafts so things don’t get missed. Your app has refused to let me put in my Payment info and it won’t even load full screens. I thought I’d try your website. Big fat nope there too. Get it together. I downloaded the app and tried to set up a new account and it will not let you. The owners of this app have obviously just given up on it. No username or password save feature, no payment method save feature, the app won’t email verification links for new account set up, it has all kinds of problems. I downloaded the app, easy to create a user name / password.. Face ID works to log in, was able to make a payment, shows you how much you owe and your payment .. shows how much went to principal and how much went to interest. And got a email confirmation. Not sure why people are giving it 1 star, unless it recently got an update I haven’t had any issues. It’s extremely under developed and lazy. I hope what they say about it not saving passwords isn’t true because unbearably annoying these guys obviously don’t really care about the quality of the app or the user experience and Just want the money. ### 2/5 — Not easy to sign in! *2024-12-05* Every time I try to sign in it shows not authorized.
