The return process is taking much longer than the expected timeline, and to make matters worse, my return request was cancelled without any proper reason. The product I received was the wrong size (much bigger than what I ordered), yet when I try to return it, the request keeps getting cancelled. The collection isn’t impressive either, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. ### 1/5 — Worst Delivery Partner ShadowFax. Wo mujhe call nahi karta hai or me saamney se call karu to bolta hai raat ko 11 baje delivery karunga. Fir 11 baje call karo to bolta hai kal karunga aise karke usney 3 attempt kiya hai. Or wo delivery boy hosh me nahi rehta hai hardam nashey me rehta hai jab bhi call karo. Yaa to Aap delivery boy change karo yaa delivery partner change kardo because ye mera sabse worst experience tha or first order tha aapke yahan se. The size (32) didn’t fit, so I wanted to exchange it for a size 34. But to my surprise, exchange wasn’t even available, so I had to return the item and reorder the same skirt in size 34 separately. I received the new order without any issues. But here’s where the nightmare started — no one came to pick up the return for the original skirt. I’ve been calling and following up daily, but the pickup agent never answers the call. Instead, I get daily messages blaming me, saying I’m not reachable, which is completely false and beyond frustrating. I’ve contacted customer care 7-8 times, explained the situation in full detail, and still got no real help. Every time I’m told a new pickup date is set — and yet again, the pickup agent disconnects my call or doesn’t show up. To make things worse, the return date expired, even though the issue is 100% on their side. I feel totally helpless and unheard. This whole experience has been a complete disaster, and I will never shop from Shein again. They seriously need to fix their return process and customer support — this was beyond unprofessional and exhausting. ### 1/5 — Horrible first time experience! Their order got delivered but their executive did not mark it. I wanted to return items due to size issue but since then it’s been 15 days, order shows same status of ‘delivery delayed’. Their customer support is unable to answer any questions, every time i raise a ticket they just say give 2 days more. This has been going on for 15 days! They cannot handle a simple app issue, because of this the products are lying with me still, my money is wasted and there is yet to be any resolution! Just buying a big brand with money doesn’t do everything. You and your family only knows to buy brands with money but don’t pay attention to quality. You have single handedly spoiled one of my favourite shopping platform . Go and compare 6 years ago collection and your now collection. You have NOT put any efforts in the new launch apart from just buying with your father money. No wonder the ratings are poor.
