I’ve restarted the app 4 times already and it stops responding when it’s time to choose a location. Can’t put in an order. ### 2/5 — Freezing *2026-05-09, version 2.3.1* App always freezes at the location menu. They literally chased us down as we were driving away to say it was someone else's order and took it back. Don’t bother, you’ll end up PO’d and hungry. ### 3/5 — Bugged *2021-04-21, version 1.40.1* There is a bug where it won’t send the verification email, and it also won’t let me enter my card billing address. Because it requires you to make an account, I can’t order. ### 1/5 — Not a great app *2020-12-20, version 1.30.4.* They need to accept Apple Pay and there are no small, medium, large drink options on the menu. Also the sign-up process to make an account is a huge pain and a barrier to entry which wouldn’t be necessary if they took Apple Pay. Lastly, it doesn’t tell you what is out of stock so they have to call you and your whole order has to be redone if they don’t have something, which frequently happens for some reason. Poor integration with existing systems that they use. ### 5/5 — Awesome! *2020-08-03, version 1.30.4.* If we weren’t hooked to getting coffees and smoothies from here, this certainly will have us back more often.
