They encourage you to download the app and “your won’t regret it”. The grammar isn’t the only aspect of this app that is overlooked. The “Play & Win” section doesn’t even work and the rewards section just redirects you to their website to download the app and start earning rewards. There’s no indication that you are even earning any rewards and the app just feels so poorly done, and it hasn’t had work done on it ever. It is a shame because I enjoy Shelby’s but other Shawarma options are out there with much better care and attention to their customers. ### 1/5 — Broken *2026-05-31* Multi million $ food chain can’t even make a proper app for their restaurants, go figure! ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-05-11* Don’t waste your time. When you wanna click on something on the bottom of those icons versus the order all when you click, which is more. It shows wide screen. It’s some kind of glitch with this app. I tried to install and then install it it doesn’t do anything. This app is useless so no two stars or three or four stars.
