As soon as you log in, the app simply crashes and won’t open again. Nach Fehlern von Shell musste ich mich erneut registrieren, was nur mit komplett anderer E-Mail und Mobilnummer geht. Der Support reagiert im Schnitt nach 2 Wochen. Antworten sind kurz und generisch und nicht lösungsorientiert. Painfully slow at responding to emails and the less said about that chat bot the better, utter utter beyond useless. Nur den Rechnungsbetrag, aber nicht die Menge und den Preis pro Liter. Die Vorgänge werden nur kurze Zeit gespeichert. Ältere Rechnungen sind nicht mehr verfügbar. Shell ist oft der teuerste Anbieter, sodass ich meistens woanders tanke.
