If I travel to another country, more then likely my US phone number will not work, but they expect to send you a one time verification code in order for you to log in. Now I live part time in South America, so this is rather difficult for me. Also, the need to change your password every 12 months is ridiculous!! And for whatever reason, I can’t get my password change to go thru… maybe because im in South America?? So now I appear to be logged out of my Mobil account for the next few months, until I get back to Wisconsin. I have other bank apps that work just fine internationally, but this one is the worst. ### 2/5 — Won’t let me access the app *2021-03-22, version 20.2.80* Any time I have been trying to open the app since a recent update it has had a pop up saying an error has occurred and never loads the login screen. I have to delete the app, redone load, re login, just to check my balance one time.
