Tested with 3 different household members with different logins - all failed! Hope you can resolve quickly. I tried 3 times and got the same problem. ### 2/5 — Terribly designed authentication interface *2021-05-31* Your software developers need to fix the login issue on the app. It’s impossible for me to login at all despite changing passwords, reset, trying to login through other modes.
