## What is ShelterBoard?

Your shelter doesn't need a whiteboard to keep everyone in sync. ShelterBoard puts a shared dog board on every staff member's and volunteer's phone. See who's in, who's out, and who needs an outing without walking back to the wall. Every update stays visible to the team, and important details don't disappear when a board gets erased.

ONE LIVE BOARD
See each dog's status, kennel, last outing, and care notes. Find a dog by name, kennel, or breed, and filter the board to focus on dogs ready for volunteers or needing attention.

OUTINGS THAT DON'T GET LOST
Take a dog out and bring them back with a few taps. Record what you did and add notes for the next person. See dogs currently out and review your own outing history.

CONTEXT FOR THE NEXT SHIFT
Read special instructions and handling notes before an outing. Past activity stays in the dog's timeline, so the next person can pick up where you left off.

ShelterBoard is for animal shelters and their invited staff and volunteers. Your shelter administrator sets up your account.
