So…do your homework, do your research, change your habits, DO exercise and look after your skin. Im 47 and went from a size 18/20 and am now a size 8-10. The transformation in my confidence is worth it alone. But this has changed my life..do this if you REALLY want to change. Not a quick fix and it really is trial by error.
