### 1/5 — not working

*2020-08-09, version 2.11.1297*

when I open the app all I see is a white screen

### 1/5 — I’m Very Concerned

*2020-08-08, version 2.11.1297*

This app worked just fine for me the first couple of days, but now it’s nothing but a blank white screen. I can’t do my daily symptom check, which worries me a lot. Please fix this app.

### 1/5 — Worked great the first day

*2020-08-07, version 2.11.1297*

After the initial set up, it doesn’t load. Will be interesting to see how I’m supposed to make this work for campus, when I can’t get the app to work regularly on my phone.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — One of the most useless things

*2020-10-25, version 2.11.1358*

Not all students have thermometers so you can just respond to the temperature question saying you have a temp under 100.4. They got rid of temporary passes, so when your green pass doesn’t load it makes it more difficult to get into buildings and to eat - even after following all troubleshooting directions the pass doesn’t load. The staff claims they’re working to make the load time faster. They also claim that students should be using this app not as a requirement to get into buildings but as a self directive review. I think that’s great. But when the app doesn’t work and you can’t eat, it pisses people off. The bite app also doesn’t work well, otherwise i wouldn’t be complaining. They should read the reviews and actually improve.

### 1/5 — If I could give it zero stars I would

*2020-10-21, version 2.11.1358*

Literally useless. “It’ll show up after 15 minutes” is such bs. You want to eat? Nope! You have to wait an hour for your pass to show up. You want to not miss in person class? Too bad! And if you message the app support? All they say is to refresh the screen. Which at the point of messaging them, you’ve probably done about 50 times. Good job fellas, in taking away the temp passes, the only saving grace for students, you managed to show how much you are unaware of your student body.

### 1/5 — The most pointless app ever created

*2020-10-16, version 2.11.1358*

Thanks Shenandoah, I’m glad you’re taking your bad idea and making it worse. Now the temporary pass is going away despite the fact that the real one doesn’t work half the time. Not to mention that the app is completely pointless to begin with. There’s no actual reason why this exists. If I really wanted to go to class not feeling well it would be so easy to just fill it out as usual. This has no actual purpose except to make our lives even more difficult.

If I thought you all had a sense of humor I’d suggest more bad ideas like this one but if I do you’ll take it seriously and force that on us too. Glad my tuition is going to good use.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2020-09-10, version 2.11.1297*

This app logs you out after every single use. Not only that, but I’ll log my symptoms and once I pass, I never even get a green pass. It’s just a white screen and if I ever have to show someone I completed it later that day, I have to fill out the entire survey again because it doesn’t save my answers. Please fix this app.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t Load Anymore

*2020-09-03, version 2.11.1297*

Initially I was able to launch the app just fine, but now I can’t even get the app to open.

### 1/5 — Please fix these bugs.

*2020-08-16, version 2.11.1297*

The app doesn’t work, I cant submit a daily symptom check, I can’t even log in anymore. It’s not working.

### 1/5 — Super buggy and broken

*2020-08-16, version 2.11.1297*

Daily streak isn’t even being recorded. I’ve done the symptom check for 7 days now and it hasn’t even recorded me doing a single check.

Idk how this will work going back to campus next week

### 1/5 — Glitchy and useless

*2020-08-11, version 2.11.1297*

Won’t save my health report. Keeps going back to symptom check screen and keyboard won’t go away. Honestly people will lie on this, it’s a useless app. I don’t see how this is going to keep anyone on campus safe from a pandemic where they can lie about temperature reading and symptoms. If you had to input a picture of thermometer reading it would be a lot smarter, but nope. Easy to lie and glitchy, doesn’t make me feel safer to be on campus.

### 1/5 — Horrid Functionality

*2020-08-10, version 2.11.1297*

The app is slow, laggy and not user friendly.

### 1/5 — Intrusive pain in the neck.

*2020-08-10, version 2.11.1297*

Overly complex, wordy and counterintuitive.
Decimal point in temperature field doesn’t work.
You can imagine the emoji that civility prevented me from leaving...

### 2/5 — laggy, pain in the butt to use

*2020-08-07, version 2.11.1297*

app is extremely laggy, when i opened it today all i got was a white screen with the question mark icon at the top right and the icon that opens the menu
