This needs to be fixed. Customers are paying a premium for email and can not even use the app to open their email. Absolutely terrible!

Shentel no longer works well with Apple devices, so I tried the app, it’s worse.  Gonna change email to something that works with Apple.

When I compose an email or reply, I cannot see what I am typing.  It is visible to the receiver, but not to me.  I just reinstalled your latest version, it did not help.  I tried to use “contact support”.  It says the address, which it automatically inserts, is invalid (shentel.net).  Tried to change to shentel.com but it will not let me.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. Since the app is using Web View component for Compose, please use "long tap" to make edits while email composing. The issue with extra items on "About" screen has been sent to our technical team for resolving.

I could at first delete emails through the app. Now I have to go in and log on through website to delete emails..
