Constantly deletes what you enter and picks and chooses what it deletes and nothing you do fixes it. Their always issues with this app and it’s beyond agitating. **Developer response:** We apologize for the experience you have had with the app. Can you please share which features you find difficult to use? No easy way to refresh. Horribly slow. UI/UX must’ve been designed by a 3 year old. It requires many steps to accomplish simple tasks. If you do anything slightly wrong in any of the steps it doesn’t work and if it gives you an error message it usually isn’t clear what the problem is. Even when you do everything correctly it still doesn’t work half the time. Even logging in often doesn’t work for no apparent reason and sometimes requires a dozen attempts before working or requires using a different device. Even when everything works as it is supposed to it is extremely slow and you have to wait for it to load after every step which often takes 39 seconds to a couple of minutes.
