## What is Shepherd’s Alert?

Shepherd's Alert turns the press of a button into an instant alert to your church's safety and security team.

Place wireless buttons around your building — the nursery, the lobby, the sanctuary, the front desk. When someone presses one, the assigned responders get an immediate alert on their phones, so help gets there fast.

Built for volunteer safety teams, not security engineers:
• Assign who's alerted on each button — and which press (single, double, or press-and-hold)
• Schedule coverage for each service automatically
• "I've got it" so everyone else stands down the moment someone responds
• Automatic escalation if no one answers in time
• Push, and optionally text and phone call, so an alert is never missed
• Works with off-the-shelf wireless buttons

Admin tools stay separate from responders — responders only ever see the alerts for the buttons they're assigned to.

Shepherd's Alert is part of the Shepherd's Hook family of tools for churches. An account is set up by your church's admin.
