Just like many others here, the app won’t let me verify my information. I login, they say I must verify my email, they send link, I open it, they tell me I can’t do verification in web browser(YES IVE TRIED MUTIPLE DIFFERENT BROWSERS OTHER THAN SAFARI) it tells me to finish verification in the app. I go back to app, nothing happens. Then the cycle of logging in repeats itself. This app is terrible. Smh

App doesn’t work you can’t type in the fields to add your information for check in such as last name required. FIX THIS!

App is trash. Get an email to check in. I download yesterday another app (because why put it all on the Marriott app), have to create another user name and password, and then when I try to search the reservation, the app won’t let me tap into the fields (such as last name and confirmation number) required to even add the stay to check in.

I download the app to prepare for check in. I’m pretty sure it’s just a ploy to get more information from you to put you on marketing lists. Was not able to find my reservation anywhere in the app. Guess I’ll be going to the front desk.
