I login, they say I must verify my email, they send link, I open it, they tell me I can’t do verification in web browser(YES IVE TRIED MUTIPLE DIFFERENT BROWSERS OTHER THAN SAFARI) it tells me to finish verification in the app. I go back to app, nothing happens. Then the cycle of logging in repeats itself. This app is terrible. Smh ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-04-14* App doesn’t work you can’t type in the fields to add your information for check in such as last name required. FIX THIS! ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-04-11* App is trash. Get an email to check in. I download yesterday another app (because why put it all on the Marriott app), have to create another user name and password, and then when I try to search the reservation, the app won’t let me tap into the fields (such as last name and confirmation number) required to even add the stay to check in. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2026-01-15* I download the app to prepare for check in. I’m pretty sure it’s just a ploy to get more information from you to put you on marketing lists. Was not able to find my reservation anywhere in the app. Guess I’ll be going to the front desk. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2025-03-26* This app is TERRIBLE ! You can’t ever access the payment portal to pay your loan or fees. When trying to book a stay the app shuts down. Have requested the activation link multiple times (& multiple ways) but it is not working. I co firmed address and mobile number are correct. Please fix! ### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work *2024-09-19* I just downloaded the app in preparation for our upcoming stay. I cannot get registered. Anytime it say it will send a code/link to my phone number, nothing comes through. And yes, I have verified my phone number is correct. So, I cannot make an account and/or login. ### 1/5 — Issues with reservations *2022-12-30* App has been horrible this month. Seems like every time you try and book or look for availability, error message appears to call. Who wants to call and wait an hour for a liver person? This has been ongoing for weeks. Latest, is a message pops up “we are having technical difficulties. please try again”. But the latest release of the Sheraton/Starwood site simply doesn’t work. Every request times out - it’s useless. Someone didn’t QA this release.
