The answer from customer service is you can always check the countdown timer! What a stupid response!! Also customer service dont know if you can use virtual backgrounds on the video meetings. I missed my session a few times because notifications were not sent. No calendar integration. When asked for a refund on the non attended sessions their reply was very unprofessional. I guess they are using Google translation so. SPAMMERS!!! *2023-08-19, version 2.6.41* My experience with this app has been beyond disappointing and horrible! Despite paying for a session a month ago, I have not received the service due to non-existent customer support. Chat replies are horrible and close without addressing my concerns. This app's unprofessionalism and disregard for users are concerning. I wasted whole hour with them while they are trying to manage to reach to the therapist & to send me the link & when they successfully failed they refused to return my money & they consist that i have to use it for another session with them although I mentioned I don’t want anymore as i won’t trust them again but they still didn’t send me back my money ### 1/5 — Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest *2025-10-18* If you book from a particular country you’re charged a certain amount. And if you book from another country you’re charged a whole different amount in a different currency. And if you book from a country and have to travel before the session is due; you have to pay the difference…. In a foreign currency. Not the equivalent but transacted. No , And when you ask the answer is that’s the policy and you agreed to it when you signed up….. Total nonsense. If you have any further questions or would like to share more details, please contact us directly at Backoffice@shezlong.com. ### 1/5 — Zero Privacy *2025-07-19, version 2.9.1* I started my session today to be surprised with a privacy breach having someone else in the meeting with us, after speaking to the useless support, she confirmed that “no worries it’s out TL” They had their TL with us in the session without any prior approvals or consent then the TL spoke to me changing the words to confirm that it is an AI chat bot taking notes from the chat! Who authorized spy on my session?! The user was under the name of the TL! .. no consent for changes or updates! If I did not noticed a third person they would have attended the full session with us! That’s a Clear privacy breach!!!!! ### 1/5 — The worst app ever *2025-05-19, version 2.8.11* I was very busy and had lots to do, so I accidentally forgot that I had a session. They took the money of the session that I did not even attend. And didn’t return the money they gave me a link for there stupid policy, I will never take sessions with the again. ### 1/5 — Horrible customer service and unsafe payment process *2025-01-28, version 2.8.6* I just paid for a session (that I will likely cancel), and I selected to (not save) my card details.. suddenly I received a message from my bank that my card is saved to my wallet !! the message was not mentioning which wallet, but I have no other wallets but schezlong.. especially the message was received immediately after schezlong booking. Once I contacted the customer service.. they keep telling me the same, it’s not our wallet and check your bank ! I requested filing a complaint, they told me, will check with concerned team and get back to you.. so now I have to keep wondering ! about this un-explained process, that suddenly happened ! and do a lot of effort to understand what is happening ! And to make sure my card is safe !! With just one monotonous answer from Schezlong customer service !! (It’s not us, check with your bank).. I never recommend a place that only care about collecting money ### 1/5 — Different pricing same doctor *2024-08-20, version 2.7.3* Take care. If you book in Egypt with certain doctor it will be 1500 EGP (30$) per session. If you book while in Dubai with the same doctor, it will be 100$.
