Shezlong is the first online psychotherapy platform in Egypt and the MENA region. It brings online psychological therapy to anyone who struggles with the daily mental health challenges.


Shezlong provides easily accessible, affordable and anonymous online therapy with licensed professionals. The platform currently has over 200 professionals listed on the platform who come from more than 20 different countries and speak 7 different languages. Our services have been used by over 39,000 people from more than 50 countries.

Our therapists cover a wide array of specializations including child and adolescent issues, mood disorders (such as depression), anxiety-related conditions, personality and relationship challenges, severe mental health conditions, addiction, eating disorders, and age-related concerns.
