Shidduch Card replaces the emailed shidduch resume with one living card you control. Build it once, keep it current, and share it through secure access links — choosing exactly what each person can see, and for how long.

NO DIRECTORY. NO BROWSING.

Shidduch Card is not a matchmaking app. There are no public profiles, no feeds, and no discovery. Your card is seen only by the people you choose to share it with.

Update your card once, and anyone with an active access link will always see the latest version.

CONTROL EVERY SHARE

Create a separate access link for each person — a shadchan, reference, family member, or trusted contact.

For every link, you can:

• Choose a visibility level
• Add a PIN
• Set an expiration date
• See when your card has been viewed
• Revoke access anytime

Visibility options include:

• Limited Access — hides sensitive details such as photos, last name, family details, and references
• Full Access — shows the complete card
• No Photos — shares your card without photos

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Viewers do not need an account to open your card.

Shidduch Card is designed around private sharing, not public browsing. There are no ads, no public directory, and no open search.

You stay in control of who can view your card, what they can see, and when access ends.

What's new — Onboarding & profile builder

Birthday
- Hebrew ↔ English birthdays now sync both ways automatically — fill either, the other fills in. Added a "Born after nightfall" toggle (shifts the Hebrew date a day), Tishrei-first Hebrew months, and an age-appropriate year range.

Location
- Non-US addresses fully supported — Canada, Israel, UK, and Australia now get proper state/province/district pickers (plus free-text for anywhere else), not just the US.

Family
- New "Are your parents separated?" option — when yes, collect Mom's and Dad's locations separately. Clearer wording on the parents-in-rabbanus/chinuch/shlichus question.

Kashrus & Learning
- Both are now multi-select with granular choices (e.g. Cholov Yisroel + Pas Yisroel + Glatt) instead of one option, with Chabad-specific options shown only where relevant.

Education & Work
- List multiple schools per stage (moved between yeshivos/seminaries? add them all). New optional "Past roles" work-history field alongside your current occupation.

Smaller touches
- Personality traits trimmed from 56 → 20 curated options (old picks still show).
- Movies & TV has more nuanced choices (Regularly / Occasionally / Only socially / Rarely / No).
- Streamlined the Background questions so Shluchim/learners aren't asked the same thing twice.
- Live progress bar updates as you fill fields; dropdown near the bottom of a page now scroll fully into view.
