## What is Shield Delivery?

Shield Express Delivery Service collect orders with free collect fees and deliver to customer with fair prices as soon as possible. We always notify to customers before we delivery.

Key Features:

• PROCESS ORDER
Daily tasks can be effortlessly added by scanning the QR codes.
Delivery men/riders collect orders from shops, deliver them to customers and/or return them back to shops with easy-to-follow procedures.
If there are any issues with the orders, these issues can be submitted in a simple way.

• TRACE ORDER
Trace and update the order status so that the customers and shop owners can be notified in real time.

• Routing
The tasks are routed on their task numbers and they can be viewed clearly on the map as well as linked with the google map app for the shortest routes.

• DAILY SUMMARY
The daily summary of the delivery man can be easily checked.

• MESSAGE
Chat with online shop and customer to facilitate the delivery/collect process.
Instant messaging with push notification to ensure the smooth communication.

• NOTIFICATION
Real-time notification with push notification to notify the assigned tasks and status.

• ORDER HISTORY
Review the order history of the completed tasks.

• EXPENSE
Create and review the expenses that were spent during the operation.

• TRANSPORTATION FEES
Review the records of the transportation fees.

• ISSUE LIST
Review the issue list that are pending and confirmed by the office.
