This app basically blocks everything in safari, it blocks explicit apps, BUT it also blocks the images categories which is actually stupid. Ok for extrA pro caution they may blocked images category, but when i was studying for my up coming mid term, i needed to find an image of a graph, but i have no clue why safari says there is a third party app blocking the images category. If you don't mind not using images this might be for you or else i don't quite recommend this app. Lastly this only blocks safari but nothing like google, opra gx. Etc. Unfortunately, it blocks all types of adult content, not just porn. I found this out when half of my YouTube videos were blocked. Okay, easy fix, I thought. I cancelled my subscription and attempted to uninstall the app (that I set up myself, by the way). Come to find out the app is still “installed” on my phone even after I removed it manually AND cancelled my subscription. Half of my YouTube videos are still blocked and comments are blocked for most of the videos I can still access. I’ve tried everything to fix this (I’m rather tech savvy) and for the life of me cannot remove this app from my phone. Will likely need to fully factory reset it. The most infuriating part of this process is that the “Contact Customer Service” button doesn’t do anything. You tap it, it blinks grey, and then nothing happens. No help online either. TL;DR I haven’t paid for this subscription service for over a year and it’s still blocking my YouTube videos. I cannot remove the app and there is no customer service to contact.
