## What is SHIELD Suite?

This app allows RIPA data collection within the Profiling Accountability Software Solution (PASS), which enables law enforcement agencies to address two separate work processes within one application. Often, officers and deputies are required to collect detailed biographical information about individuals when they conduct traffic stops or make various other contacts with citizens of their community. The information collected during this contact with an individual is then used to prepare Field Investigation Reports or Cards (FIRs/FICs), and to create various other reports. In cases where information requires escalation, PASS electronically routes the report to the appropriate specialized unit or department.

Same issue as others looks like. When I enter my login/password info, it loads but will not login. App will not work.

The app won’t let me get past the log in screen. I use the website instead, but it’s not much better. I have to constantly rotate my phone to get the whole page to fit on the screen. iPhone 13 Pro

I tried multiple times to login in but it says “loading” and nothing happens. When I access the online system i can login perfectly fine. The app developer need to fix this issue until then I do not recommend this app to anyone.

I was unable to login utilizing the app, but have no issue on my department computer. I don’t know if this costs extra for an agency to use, but it would be highly helpful as an FTO to grade a trainee, while they are utilizing the in-car computer, from my work phone.
