## What is SHIELDIL?

SHIELDIL is the official health information app of SHIELD Illinois (a unit of the University of Illinois System). With the SHIELDIL mobile app you can: Review your test results, display a virtual credential reflecting your test status, and schedule appointments (depending on the settings of your agency). To access the SHIELDIL mobile app you must log in with your SHIELD Illinois patient portal username and password. If you do not have a patient portal account, please contact the SHIELD Illinois program administrator at your company, school, or agency. The app is stuck forever on a loading screen and then crashes. The website is inaccessible on a phone, even if you request the desktop website. No way to check test results from a phone. Terrible app, terrible website, terrible service.

The app doesn’t even work. I open it and it sits at a loading screen and after 10 seconds or so the app closes itself. I’ve deleted and downloaded again, same thing. I can’t even get the regular website to come up on mobile. I can only access it from a computer. Terrible.
