This says "update is unavailable," and you actually have to delete the app and then reinstall it. This has happened to me three times in the last year and a half. I've pointed it out to the development team, but there's been no resolution. Otherwise, the app works okay ### 2/5 — Sharing and Printing not useful *2025-07-10, version 1.20* Sharing with my agency and or printing a copy for them with the dates and times for three months in a row took me 45 minutes. Unfortunately repeatedly having to put in my company email then go to a new screen and again put in my company email by repeat password just to be able to see my schedule is not helpful and actually makes looking at the schedule very difficult. Once I’m into the schedule it works fine. I highly recommend that the developers initiate a form of Face ID for newer phones and fingerprint ID for the older phones as soon as possible. Bad change ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-08-31, version 1.4* The app needs to allow you to see the whole month and what shifts you are working. It doesn’t do that. Instead it has a blue background and tiny almost invisible blue dots in the day’s you are working. Suggestions: White backgrounds only List actual shift you are working on each day of the entire calendar More search options to see how many shifts and what type you work annually, etc. ### 4/5 — Great Features - needs touch/Face ID access *2020-08-06, version 1.3* My company recently changed to this platform for scheduling. After adjustment, it seems to work well. Recommend to developer that it support touch/face ID authentication. Recently the app now resets all of my selected groups every 24 hours. It often signs me out as well. The app used to open to my group’s schedule but now I just see my own. It take three taps now to show the entire group which is my preference. One to hit the menu, another to select group then one more to choose the actual group. NEED IPAD version!!! *2026-06-15, version 1.24* Could you please develop a format for the IPad? The iPhone app works great but a fully compatible version for the IPad would be amazing!!!! ### 5/5 — It Just Works *2024-04-30, version 1.13* I tap to open the app and 2 seconds later I see the month's schedule, the days I'm working marked by blue dots. In just 2 more taps I can see my coworkers' schedules, with green dots offering open shifts. The design is useful yet elegant in it's simplicity. I like it and I hope you will too.
