Battery died up in a mountain, hard as hell to peddle back due to up and down Terran

Used this service and my bike’s e-battery broke after 10 minutes of riding. I wouldn’t recommend riding this bike anywhere with hills, as the bike is very heavy once the battery dies. I was denied a full refund.

Cool concept and would love to use these — unfortunately the pricing is insane if you are not local to the county. I am local to the area and would use the bikes frequently, but because I don’t pass the check of living in the county my only pricing option is to pay per minute which is so expensive I could rent a bike from a shop for an entire day just for the price of 1-2 hours with Shift. Very unfortunate that they didn’t consider people who are local but not quite local enough to afford a house in Eagle county.

If you have a phone everybody in your family has to have a phone. The whole family could not bike together because only 1 bike per phone. Ended up being split up on our vacation

I’ve tried restarting the app and trying on wifi, and still can’t get it to work

There are not return stations in the center of Vail. So a had to return the bike to the bus station. To top the experience of, I received a “Warning” not to park the bike in pedestrian traffic which I didn’t. The ride was cheap, though, so you get what you pay for.

What a great trip rode along the river. The Bike did handled the hills. Great. Everything worked awesome it was one of the best things I’ve done here in Colorado.

I absolutely love it!! Not only is it so fun, it adds a whole other mode of transport in the valley. Because of it I can get out and go shopping, restaurants, etc. that I normally would have skipped if I had to drive. Such an awesome app and idea, please stick around and keep expanding!!!!
