## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Too many bugs and missing steps

*2024-09-23, version 1.1.2*

This app doesn’t work. Considering I paid for a subscription I surprised that the bugs haven’t been worked out prior to launching. One moment it will log up to 11,000 but then the next time I log in none of the steps will be showing. I have reached out for support. But no solution has been reached. Directing me to logout of the app and reboot my phone is as far as the support has gone. None of which has made a difference.

### 1/5 — Persistent Syncing Issues

*2024-09-19, version 1.1.2*

When this app first launched, we were extremely excited, as anyone would be. However, that excitement didn’t last, as there have been numerous issues from the start. Steps aren’t being counted properly or syncing with wearables, and the app has experienced several glitches. Despite reaching out to customer service, whom have been helpful at times the syncing issues with step data still persist days later. The app should have been thoroughly tested before release to ensure these problems were addressed. In terms of tracking steps, the app isn’t much different from other options like Apple Fitness or Pacer.

### 1/5 — App didn’t work- bugs and incorrect data

*2024-09-17, version 1.1.2*

Really disappointed and tried to persevere but bugs couldn’t be fixed and the app was therefore useless. Customer service tried but couldn’t even resolve their end.

### 1/5 — Poor App

*2024-09-13, version 1.1.2*

I’m disappointed with this app. There has been countless bugs and it is to be expected as its new. However, when you decide to charge people to use something then there shouldn’t be this amount of bugs. It’s better practice to fix issues/ bugs with releases and make sure you have stable platform before you start rolling out new features. Now you have a bunch of new features (that no one asked you) but the app is still not doing the basics right which is to count your steps and reflect them on a leaderboard.

### 1/5 — Access to subscription content

*2024-08-17, version 1.0.7*

I’ve paid the subscription fee however, I do not have access to the paid content. So, currently no different to the information I already get from my Apple Watch/ health app. Not a great start

### 4/5 — Great community

*2024-09-09, version 1.1.1*

This is a new app with that inevitable presented with some teething problems but customer service have been very responsive which is great.
Due to the community on this app, I’ve constantly walked 10k+ steps every day for the past 15 days - that is the most consistent I have ever been.
Collectively I have taken 177k steps, the past 15 days thanks to wonderful and motivating community.
I like the fact that the leaderboards tickles my competitive side and has kept me motivated to aim for the top 20 each day. Next step is to make the top 10!
Definitely get this app and join the community if you have struggled with consistency and accountability!

### 5/5 — Motivated me

*2024-08-26, version 1.1.0*

Since having this app, I have started tracking my walking and it have motivated me to be more fit.
