## What is Shift Calendar?

Set your rotation once. Belturn fills in your calendar for months ahead and sets a real alarm before every shift, never on a day off. No account, and nothing is ever lost.

Made for rotating shift workers and their partners: nurses and doctors, police, fire and EMS, factory, logistics, retail and hospitality.

YOUR ROTATION IN A MINUTE
• A guided setup: what you do, how your shifts repeat, your next shift, your shift times and your alarms
• Ready-made rotations: 4 on 4 off, Panama 2-2-3, Continental, 3×8, 2-2-2, 12/36, 24/48, 24/72, earlies and lates, and the 4-week 12-hour rotation
• Or paint your own cycle of up to 8 weeks, or set your shifts month by month
• Night shifts that end the next day show on both days

ALARMS THAT SET THEMSELVES
• A real alarm before every shift, timed per shift type (for example 1 h 15 min before an early)
• Rings even in Silent mode and Focus (iOS 26 and later; earlier versions get a reminder notification)
• Never on days off, vacation or sick days
• Change a day and its alarm moves with it
• After you stop the alarm, your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island count down to the start of your shift

SCAN YOUR ROSTER
• Take a photo of a paper roster, or choose a PDF or a screenshot
• Tap your row, confirm what the codes mean, check the month and import it
• Your roster is read on your iPhone, and the image never leaves it

YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE
• A color-coded month with a letter on every shift, so you never rely on color alone
• A Today card with your next shift and your next alarm
• Change one day without touching your rotation: another shift, vacation, a sick day or a day off, overtime or minus hours, a note
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with today, tomorrow and your next alarm

HOURS AND PAY
• Hours worked, overtime and minus hours for any period
• Estimated pay from an hourly rate per shift type, and a countdown to payday
• Export to CSV, or share a month as a PDF or an image

SHARE WITH YOUR PARTNER
• Invite your partner with a link: they see your shifts live in Belturn on their iPhone, with no account to create
• They see the schedule only, never your notes, overtime or pay
• Keep your shifts in a separate calendar in Apple Calendar
• Add a second calendar for a second job or your partner's rotation

NO ACCOUNT, NOTHING LOST
• Everything is backed up to your own iCloud automatically
• A new iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account gets everything back
• Your shifts, notes and pay are never sent to us
• Delete my data removes everything, from this iPhone and from your iCloud

BELTURN PRO
