## What is Shift?

SHIFTFIX is the official maintenance app of First Transformation Maintenance Co. Open a repair request for your appliance in under a minute and follow every step until it is done.

What you can do:

• Quick repair requests: choose the device type, describe the issue and attach up to 4 photos so the technician comes prepared.
• Precise location: pin your address on the map or use your current location.
• Pick your appointment: choose the day and period that suit you (morning or evening).
• Step-by-step tracking: from request opened, technician assigned, inspection and spare parts, to repair and ready.
• Live technician tracking: see your technician on the map while on the way to you.
• Instant notifications: get every update on your request as it happens.
• Maintenance packages: browse available packages, request a subscription and see your remaining visits.
• Warranty: add your invoice number and purchase date so the team can check your warranty.
• Rate the service: rate your technician and the service after the visit.
