## What is Shift Manager?

Shift Manager is built for teams that need clear coverage without juggling spreadsheets, group texts, and last-minute phone calls.

Managers can review the day, see coverage by site, publish schedule templates, approve PTO, handle shift swaps, and keep an eye on open shifts. Staff can check their schedule, pick up available shifts, request PTO, request swaps, and see who is on call.
