They should not be doing that when they have a variety of problems with their app. First problem: their scheduling doesnt work you try to get the time you want to get picked up at and it pops up not available, which causes you to pick an early time. Two, they do not notify you when they are about to pull up or 5 mins away nothing. Three, the driver gets here doesn’t call you or nothing an by the time you get outside, they drive right off. This app is not dependable at all and causes people to spend their hard earned money on a ride when thats clearly what they made this app to do, Help people get to work and back nothing is “ease” about this app nor the company at all. I live right down the street, same zip code from work and there is hardly any rides available. They need to update the app, hire more drivers or something. This is NOT it.
