Even when you try and schedule 7 hours in advance it still doesn’t work.I literally tried to schedule a ride for ALL of the times at 12:00am but they all said they were booked 😂

they try too hard to be like lyft or uber with this 2-3 min wait. They should not be doing that when they have a variety of problems with their app. First problem: their scheduling doesnt work you try to get the time you want to get picked up at and it pops up not available,  which causes you to pick an early time. Two, they do not notify you when they are about to pull up or 5 mins away nothing. Three, the driver gets here doesn’t call you or nothing an by the time you get outside, they drive right off. This app is not dependable at all and causes people to spend their hard earned money on a ride when thats clearly what they made this app to do, Help people get to work and back nothing is “ease” about this app nor the company at all. Please update your system and seek to get better drivers.

Realistically this isn’t a reliable form of transportation, you can try all day to find a driver and will still come up empty.This app needs a major change

This app continually tells me the drop off location is out of zone. I live right down the street, same zip code from work and there is hardly any rides available. They need to update the app, hire more drivers or something. This is NOT it. Do not depend on them.
