## What is Shift Planner RosterShift?

RosterShift plans the month for a team that works in shifts: hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, security, hospitality, any roster where nights and 24 hour duties have to be shared fairly.

Describe the rules once. Minimum staff per day, role mix, who can pair with whom, rest after nights and long duties. Pick a month and the plan is generated inside those rules, not on top of them.
