## What is Shift Scan App?

Here at Exactix Corporation we are not a big tech company providing a simple solution for the construction field; We are a company that understands it. We aim to provide solutions to help businesses become confident in their employee’s timecard accuracy and design the system to remove as many human errors as possible. We built the following features with those ideals in mind. 

Time Tracking Made Simple
Clock in and out with a tap or a QR code scan. Switch between jobs mid-shift, take a break, and submit timesheets without paperwork. Managers get real-time visibility into who's working, where, and for how long (when connected to the internet).

Works Without Internet
Field crews don't always have a signal in selective work environments. So, we built the app to store data locally and use a sync engine to automatically sync when a connection is available. Clock-ins, form submissions, job switches, and Clock-outs all work offline — nothing gets lost.

Built for the Field
The App aims to be utilized by every individual in a company for reporting and tracking their personal data. This data is then sent to the Shift Scan Dashboard, where admin users can manage and export timecard and form data, create specific company assets, and manage their crews. 

Team Coordination
View your team roster, monitor active shifts, and coordinate across crews. Managers can review and approve timesheets, track attendance patterns, and handle pending request for forms needing manager approval.

Forms and Reporting
Submit dynamic forms and surveys directly from the app. Capture data in the field and have it ready for review as soon as you're back online.

Multi-Language Support
Available in English and Spanish, so your entire crew can use the app in the language they're most comfortable with.

Jobsite and Equipment Management
Create and manage jobsites with geofencing support. Track equipment, assign mechanics, and keep tabs on assets across locations. Everything your crew needs is in one place.

Additional Feature to mention
- QR Code Generator for Job Sites or Projects and for equipment to access QR code not physically there.
- Biometric login to help users sign in faster and reauthorize.
- Optional notification to remind users to clock out.
