I’d love either a larger preview on the calendar screen or the ability to have expandable notes with unlimited text. Maybe multiple note colored triangles in each corner would help too. ### 4/5 — Please fix the notes section *2026-06-18, version 1.6.6* Been using this app for several years and is a staple for most nurses in the hospital, easy to use, good layout and can customised several different shifts. Over the years I have looked a different apps just out of curiosity but always come back to this. I also really love the feature of adding notes and use it to remember appointments/plans ect. HOWEVER, there is new problem where if your note is longer than one line it won’t show when you click on the day. This never used to happen so think it must be a bug but can you please fix it??? It is my daily schedule/planner. Suddenly I had 2 apps on my phone. Idk how that even happens. So I deleted one and it deleted both! 😭 everything past, present and future I had is gone! No way to bring it back! There should be a way to bring it back! It is going to take forever to put all my future stuff back in. Would be handy to be able to see the whole note not just the first three words. I have to go into edit note in order to see my notes. The notes are frustrating because although you can write as long of a note as you want, you can’t read the entire note without “editing” it. Also with the option to delete being first on the list with no double confirmation has caused me to accidentally deleted my notes multiple times. Another change that would make this app a 5 star for me is identification of what week of the rotation you are in, even if it’s only in a certain view when you are adding a new rotation. ### 3/5 — Notes *2026-02-13, version 1.6.6* I wish I could tap on the date and see my WHOLE note! To actually see the whole note you have to go through the edit note mode to see the it then cancel the edit. If this change could be made it would make it easier for the user and there would be a lot more satisfied people and more purchases. ### 2/5 — Messed up after update *2026-02-09, version 1.6.6* Used to work well but after my last iOS update everything was deleted, all my shifts and all my notes, so I started again and now I’ve noticed that some of my notes have started to disappear. They already are not clear to read unless you only have 1 line, and now it’s completely hidden. I have missed things now due to this update -please fix! ### 4/5 — IOS 26 update *2025-10-01, version 1.6.4* App has stopped crashing from editing/adding notes which is great. The only thing I would maybe try and fix a little further would be having the ability to read the notes in their entirety. When it was crashing before it would only let you read your notes up to a certain point and you would have to actually go into the edit mode to read the rest of whatever reminder you wrote for yourself. Would be nice to have it all displayed below the calendar in full like it used to. The worst part is that the problems are obvious and crucial for the app to work properly... - We can't even see the full notes attached to a day (how hard can it be to fix this???) - You can't select multiple shifts to delete them, you have to manually delete every single shift you entered. Too bad if you planned you whole year... This app lets me easily input these shifts; see them at a glance; and allows me to use the ‘backup’ function to share the calendar with my significant other. We can see each others shifts at a glance and it is easy to share each others rotas.
