They are thieves, they have increased our rates significantly over the past 1 1/2 years. Stay away.

Horrible app. Does not give much info to inform you about hardly anything.

No one that actually runs a restaurant cares about the total for closed tabs for the day, they want to know the running total, which is conspicuously absent — for years. Not to mention, you can’t actually do anything with this app.

Features some decent reports but the Total Gross Sales number is inaccurate and useless as it only shows sales from Closed tables. I want to know in real time how much money I’m making from open and closed tables. Besides viewing data the app doesn’t do much. I’d love to be able to modify shifts, make menu changes, and manipulate online orders.

Some folks up here dislike the whole pos but that is not me. I like Skytab, but I hate this app. They keep making me update every couple weeks because they’re “Fine tuning some components for a more consistent and efficient experience” but I have never seen any changes in the app. They built a widget to get on the same page as apple, and its data is delayed. You try to look at trends for the last week or even month or year; one week is fine then the next you don’t have sales records for the all but 2 days. I feel like if you want an app to embrace the digital times, then make it work right. And if you can’t, don’t have an app at all. Or just find better developers.

Biggest regrets is getting skytabs. I have weekly problems that is still not solve and it’s been 6 months.  Please take your business somewhere else.

Not a reliable app for tracking data can’t see month over month and the week to week numbers are always way off from actual sales are. Not reliable for tracking labor.

It gives halfway decent data for the day/week of, but it doesn’t hold onto data from previous weeks. For some unknown reason it just disappears for a few days, and reappears randomly. And then new days disappear after that.
