Pretty basic functionality.  No way for an owner to simply check the schedule from a mobile device and verify shifts.

**Developer response:** Hi JeffS148, Thanks for the feedback. Mobile app offers both employees and managers the capability to view shifts and verify them. Please ensure the account you have logged in as has either Manager or Admin level role assigned to it. This way you can switch between your account between the employee or manager views. Shifts appear on the Mobile App for managers and employees once the schedule is published. Rotating the phone from portrait view to landscape view will also display the weekly schedule. It’s missing a lot of integral functions. It seems to not be able to work with in charge. And frankly a lot of the presentation of the information is just not what owners and managers need. Both apps require a lot of searching and going through levels to get the information that you would need at first glance. And workforce, employees have constant issues trying to trade shifts, etc.

### 2/5 — Missing functionality

As soon as you start using workforce you loose the staff tab on InCharge app and lose visibility of who’s on the clock. There is no auto update of attendance. You cannot prevent employees from requesting time off on certain busy days or have black out weeks. The chat is very primitive and has no emojis. You cannot update employees info and lighthouse employee phone nbr doesn’t sync .you can’t set up tip pooling for employees that get tips.

**Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for your feedback! We're planning to add a live attendance view to the Workforce app, so you'll soon be able to see who’s on the clock in real time.

To block off specific days and prevent employees from requesting time off, please use the Workforce desktop version via LBM. In the Scheduler tab, simply click on any date in the weekly view to mark it as unavailable for time off requests.

Also, good news—tip pooling is on our roadmap as well!
