## What is ShiftClick?

ShiftClick is the fastest way to track billable time.

Built for freelancers, contractors, consultants, and anyone who works — and bills — by the hour. Tap once to start, tap once to stop. That's it.

Right on Your Lock Screen
Your running timer lives in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen with a Live Activity. Pause or stop it right there — no need to open the app.

One Hour, One Press
Press and hold Start to log a full hour instantly. If it runs into your last entry, ShiftClick extends that entry instead of overlapping it.

Snap to the Hour
Bill in clean, full-hour increments. ShiftClick can round any session up to the next whole hour automatically — perfect for invoicing — or keep the exact minutes when you need them. Toggle it per entry or for everything.

Tag Your Work
Label sessions by client, project, or task. Set a default tag so tracking stays one tap, and tag on the fly while the timer runs or right after you stop.

Never Lose a Minute
Forgot to start? Add or edit any entry by hand. Set a minimum duration so accidental taps don't clutter your log.

Export When You Need It
Send your complete time log to CSV in one tap — ready for invoicing, spreadsheets, or your accountant. Share it anywhere.

Your Data Stays Yours
No account. No sign-up. No cloud. Everything lives on your device, full stop. ShiftClick doesn't collect, track, or transmit anything.

Designed to Disappear
A clean, modern interface that gets out of your way. Your history is grouped by day and searchable by tag, so finding any session takes seconds.

Also on Mac
Get ShiftClick for Mac too, where it can track time automatically based on the app you're using.

Track your time. Bill what you're owed. Get on with your work.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

• Optimized for iPhone Duo: ShiftClick now fills the inner display, with your timeline neatly centered beside the status column.
• Restores the rounded, inset look of your timeline on iPhone.
• The timer bar now steps aside while you edit an entry, so it never covers your fields.
• VoiceOver now announces when Quick Hour logs time.

### 1.2 — 2026-10-09

• Your CSV export now opens cleanly in Excel and Numbers, with decimal hours and a billable-hours column.

• Tagging right after you stop can't bring back an entry you just deleted.
• Your history is now protected if saved data ever can't be read.
• Plus smaller fixes and polish.
